Over the past two years, I’ve spent a good amount of time talking to companies about their metrics, and while most companies don’t have good data, almost every company was able to quote me their time to fill number.
I was on a Fortune 250 company’s website recently and clicked over to its careers page. A career talent-acquisition professional, I’m always curious to see what the company’s career page looks like and how it compares with the rest of the site.

This is so bad it's absurd. I wonder what impact it has on future recruiting for the company. Will candidates will do their research on this potential employer and decide to look elsewhere?
